Bikalpa Art Foundation is an open platform for artists, educators, entrepreneurs, and others. We want to welcome any individual, group, or organization with an idea and want to enhance/ put their knowledge into practice. We allow possible resources, even help find required resources if necessary, and help them lead the project and bring it to life.
